Member Directory
The directory lets you discover other members in your community, learn about their backgrounds, and find ways to connect.
Browsing the Directory
Visit /directory or click Directory in the navigation. The directory shows all members who have published their profiles and set up their name (which generates a profile URL).
Each profile card displays:
- Photo (or initials if no photo is uploaded)
- Name
- Bio (first 200 characters)
- Links (website, social profiles, etc.)
TIP
Use the search bar to find members by name or bio keywords.
Viewing a Profile
Click any profile card to see the full profile page. A full profile includes:
- Photo and name
- Full bio
- Where to Find Me — links to their website, social profiles, and other platforms
- How to Connect — their preferred way to get in touch
- MicroTalk History — sessions they've attended (if they've enabled this)
Activity History
If a member has enabled Show Activity, you'll see sessions where they were marked as Attended, including:
- Session title and date
- Their role in the session
- Talk title (if they were a presenter)
Privacy
- Email links are hidden from visitors who aren't signed in, to prevent scraping.
- Members control whether their profile is published via the profile_is_live toggle.
- Activity history is opt-in via the show_activity toggle.
